It appears that your firewall may be blocking Box.net or you are encountering an error.

Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of .box.net and .boxcdn.net. The ports that should be opened for these domains are 80 and 443.

With Box.net Business, you can track the activities of any user and generate reports on demand.  Click on ‘Create a Report’ and select a date range, then type of action to generate a report of user activity. 



Click on the ‘File Statistics’ tab to keep track of shared links.  Order by ‘download count’, ‘last downloaded’, ‘upload/edit count’ and ‘last uploaded/edited’. 



From the 'User Statistics' tab, you can track the total amount of storage each user is using, the date of their most recent login, their most recent upload or download action, and what sub-users they have created.
